Orders are delivered on the next business day. If you are the "plan ahead" sort and would like to preorder for delivery at a later date that's awesome! Simply contact us before or after placing your order and we'll make sure your ice is there for you when you need it. It's actually much easier for us if you are ordering ahead so please do reach out - and thank you!

During winter months deliveries can be left at your door provided temperatures are below freezing and the package can be sheltered from direct exposure to sunlight. If your front door is exposed to direct sunlight please either specify where you would like your package left or simply place a heavy bath towel for us to wrap your package in. Photos will be taken of the delivery if nobody is home.

During the summer months or when temperatures are above freezing someone will need to be present to receive your order. If required (and permission is granted) we can leave your package with the next door neighbour. Please advise if this will be the case for your delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves our delivery driver's hands.

A $5 flat-fee delivery charge will be added to all orders under $50. Delivery is only available to Edmonton, St Albert, Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan postal codes. If the system won’t let you complete the order for delivery it’s likely because your postal code/area has not been included or you’re outside of these areas. If you have troubles, reach out to us and let us know what postal code you’re trying to order from. If we can deliver to that area we will have it added to the system. If you're outside of our preferred order areas let's see what we can arrange - drop us a line.

Pickup is free and available most days. Please contact us in advance if you're hoping to pick up so that we can ensure someone is available to let you into the ice cave.

Pick up from the ice cave located at 394 Nottingham Blvd in Sherwood Park. Pickup times are scheduled online when placing your order. When you arrive text Kelly at (780) 970-0334 so we can lock up the ice hounds and open up the cave.
